Welcome to the Guernsey Bereavement Service

The Guernsey Bereavement Service is a free, voluntary, confidential service available for everyone. Our volunteers are drawn from varied backgrounds. They undergo training to maintain the highest possible standards. All volunteers receive regular independent supervision and abide by the code of Ethics of the National Counselling Society.

Guernsey Bereavement Service LBG is based at Kingsland House.
Support sessions are available by appointment. Please call the GBS office on 257778 or email admin@gbs.org.gg

If you would like to find out more about who we are, what we do and how we work, we welcome enquiries by telephone (257778) or email admin@gbs.org.gg

We are looking for new volunteers and would be interested in hearing from anyone who might like to join our Board of Directors. Please contact the Service Manager, details as above.

Visits to Kingsland House are welcome with prior notice.

We are grateful for all donations; funds are needed to maintain Kingsland House and to provide ongoing training for our volunteers. We accept cheques or, alternatively, by PayPal.

For alternative ways of donating, please visit our page at the Association of Guernsey Charities website - copy and paste the link below into your browser. Thank you.
